"Couches need replaced asap. They have no support, worn out on inside support. Inappropriate for this quality of home. Add a hot tub outside. Small cost to owner. Exterior patio is fine, but if you need something to garner attention of vacationing people, really beef up your backyard area. It is ver average at best"

The use of the garage was a black plus as well. Enjoyed the backyard - very private overlooking green space.Enjoyed the amenities - the pool, clubhouse. Especially the easy walk to the clubhouse and the little mini market.The kitchen had plenty of pots, dishes, glasses, etc. The oven was updated and worked perfectly."
