"This was an excellent value for the $. Very contemporary and clean place. The room was quiet and very comfortable. Front desk staff were attentive and friendly. When I booked the room, I did not realize that this is a hostel with no private bathroom. But the mixed-gender bathroom was clean and had private showers and toilets. Never had to share the bathroom with other visitors during our stay. We would definitely stay here again."

"We rented this house for my daughter’s wedding, and it was perfect! Tobias was great to work with. He had wonderful recommendations on how to set up the chairs for the ceremony, and the tables for the dinner. He was also very informative about where we should shop for the wedding, which was very helpful because we were coming from out of state. On top of our positive experience with the host, the property was incredible. The views, the amenities, the indoor/outdoor space, the fully equipped kitchen and plenty of room to accommodate everybody-I could go on. Overall, we had such a wonderful experience working with Tobias and celebrating my daughter’s wedding at this property. Would highly recommend having your event here! "

"The Ponds is a DREAM place for summer/ early fall in CO. Paddleboarding on the pond, fishing in the river RIGHT around the corner, and hiking beautiful trails within walking distance! Everything works, and there is just enough in the kitchen to make cooking in easy. Walking to restaurants is also easy. LOVE this place. (and that you can have a well-behaved dog is a super bonus) "

"We had a great time at Blue River Flats. The management team provided us with everything we needed before, during, and checking out of our stay. Communication was prompt. The place was awesome and we utilized the desk setup for working a few of the days. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The only downside of staying here was that the noise from the roadway outside was louder than expected. However we were so tired from our daily activities that it did not wake us up at night. Overall, would definitely stay here again!"
