"Very friendly check-in and house keeping staff. We were given a complimentary upgrade to a suite, which was a very nice gesture. Our room was immaculate and the bonus of having a distinct sitting room made our trip special. Great quiet location close to shopping, restaurants and major roadways."

"I booked 2 rooms - 320, 321. 321 had an ant infestation. Dozens of black ants around room, air conditioner, window and even in bed. Reported to front desk but told no other rooms available. I don’t feel that I should have to pay for this room. "

"Worst place I ever stayed. It took them 2 weeks to give my room deposit back on my credit card. And one on my bank card they still haven’t given me. The bathroom window didn’t close all the way and has no locking mechanism on it. I had ants all over my floor I was killing each day I was there. Absolute nightmare "
