"Location and set-up were just what we needed for our anniversary trip with family. From registration staff to house-keeping staff all employees we interacted with were friendly and proactive in caring for us. Will have to return to experience the rooftop. Made-to-order omelettes were really a nice touch. Happy hour a plus. Loved the size of our room. Nice view of downtown from the pool area."

"The gentleman at reception and Carlos maintaining breakfast each day were great. Breakfast had plenty of options, including some items that are gluten-free. The location is great with quick access to downtown but quiet and not on the main street. A major feature is the free parking, but it unfortunately led to a bad experience for me. When I arrived and tried to park, another car entered the lot and hit the gas to pull in front of me to block the space. I tried to move around her and she moved her car to try to back in, so I couldn't move anywhere. I eventually was able to get away from her, but then she got out of her car and was yelling and cursing at me. I went into the hotel and told the woman at the front desk what was happening. She didn't seem concerned and said since the lot is free, people who aren't staying at the hotel just park there. Nothing was done about it, which didn't feel safe. I was also disappointed that the hotel pool was cloudy and green, and therefore not safe to swim in. If you don't need parking or a pool, no problem!"
