When we arrived, the person who greeted us was also very rude. The room was very sparse. NOTHING like the pictures. The towels provided were tiny and one was stained. The hand-wash was watered down so much it could hardly be called soap. Bedding was very worn and the sheet had blood on it. If it hadn't been nonrefundable, we would have cancelled the booking. "
