"Modern home that is full of everything you need to relax by the sea. Very comfortable and spacious with 3 good sized bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a downstairs toilet. Massive TV and couch if you just want to stay in and relax. Good WiFi and heating control throughout the house. Our party really enjoyed hanging out there as a base for exploring Whitstable. Would definitely recommend."

"No host but key safe worked well.I was sorry there was no welcome pack; there were tea bags but nothing else which I thought unusual.Hot tub was well maintained and really appreciated in the cold weather though a hose or water source nearby would have kept our feet cleaner going in.The hosts were friendly and efficient when electrics went wrong and responded immediately which we were impressed with. We had to ask how to adjust the tv sound but did manage to learn which remote systems worked for that.February being cold and wet is a hard time to enjoy a break with the kids but the house was warm and a great refuge after a seaside walk. We also took the bus to Canterbury and were happy to find the bus stop close by."

"Beautifully refurbed. Bed was comfortable and had lots of amenities....nespresso coffee machine, selection of teabags, water, complimentary beer, biscuits and toiletries. Breakfast was great and all members of staff were friendly and helpful. "

"We had a beautiful Christmas stay at Bexley Cottage. Such a gorgeous cottage with everything we should need, everything in the kitchen to be able to cook a Xmas dinner! Stunningly decorated and all festive for us. Great communication with owner and very welcoming and friendly. Beautiful location with all amenities on doorstep. Highly recommended."

"We had a lovely (2-night) stay at this house. It's beautifully presented, well-equipped, and the highlight is the kitchen-diner and huge dining table for us all to enjoy an evening of dinner, games and wine around. It's in a gorgeous little network of Victorian terraced houses in a great location for everything the town has to offer (restaurants, bars, shops, harbour, beach, you name it!). We were very grateful to be able to bring our dogs and the house worked really well for them. Lovely little back garden, although it was a bit cold for humans to use it! Appreciate the roadworks right outside the house (extremely loud, starting from 7.30am on the Saturday) were outside the owners' control, but a heads-up before arriving would have been good. Otherwise, this is a very quiet area so once the resurfacing works are done, you'll be able to sleep in as long as you like :) One ground floor bathroom (bath, no shower) plus one en-suite didn't quite feel enough for a 4-bedroom house, particularly those sleeping on the top floor, but we made it work for a short period of time. This might have put us off a longer stay. Overall, very happy to recommend this lovely house for a weekend in Whitstable!"
