Staff was great. Room very functional although showing wear and tear. AC very good. Lots of room. Having the kitchen very was very helpful given a new medical condition was diagnosed for my wife. The surrounding area has very good restaurants and beach. Authentic Caribbean experience.

Great price point, clean and quiet for a short sta

We had a junior apartment that was very spacious with a nice breezy balcony overlooking the salt pond. Sandy Ground beach has a number of nice beach restaurants and bars a short walk away. If you are only in Anguilla for a few days it is a well priced handy place and you can still access the nicer beaches to the west and east.

We were so lucky to find Edward’s Inn! The location is superb, right across from the beach. The hosts are welcoming and kind, always available if we need something. The room is tidied up every day and very comfortable. We cannot recommend this Inn enough!

Edwards guest house is a very warm and friendly place to stay. The staff were excellent in helping us. The location is excellent to be able to walk to the beach side restaurants in Sandy Ground. Rooms were clean and comfortable. It was much more affordable than many places on Anguilla.

The property isvery clean and has all the amenities we needed. We stayed in Sandy Ground to be near a friend who had moored their boat in the Bay. We had very easy walkable access to a beach and lots of restaurant options. If you want to see the rest of the island, which we did, you will need to rent a car.
