  • This Recently renovated villa is located in quiet, picturesque Little Harbor Anguilla. Only minutes from several beaches such as Sandy ground, Meads Bay & Shoal Bay, restaurants and super markets. The villa offers a brand new, private outdoor space with BBQ for you to enjoy meals, day or night in the beautiful garden. gorgeous Water views and neighboring islands are visible from the veranda. The Large Living/Dining room area is fantastic for entertaining. WiFi, cable & Weekly Cleaning included!

    The space
    The villa is Light, Bright and Clean. The use of white with pops of color keeps things simple yet charming. Bedrooms are spacious, have AC units, ceiling fans & plenty of storage. There is a full assortment of boardgames for lazy days and evenings. The newest addition is the outside patio boasting a BBQ grill, bar top and plenty of seating. Parking for up to 4 cars or more.

Big local home in a central area

Kareem has a great home here. Live like locals in a central area. Rent a car and you'll love the location. 2 minutes to jelly BBQ - best ribs on the island (papers BBQ for the best chicken) Home was clean with lots of space. Beds were fine and a blew cold. TV and wifi worked great. Comfy chairs and dinner table. Solid kitchen if a bit sparse. This isn't a luxury listing but if you value space, quiet and low key you'll love it.

Very nice property

I would have a few comments - we enjoyed our stay very much. Improvements would be; 1) host to communicate via VRBO app. We had to end up texting him for communication. Host should answer VRBO messages. 2) the back yard is a disaster and when you first pull up it sets a bad time. 3) having the lock box on the the total opposite side of the door it unlocks is crazy and there is not a good path from lock box to door Kitchen is very well stocked but a really good sharp knife, larger cutting board, larger coffee filters for large coffee maker, and garbage bags that fit the garbage can would make it great! Until was super clean, the beds were geed and all the linens and towels etc were wonderfully laundered! Love the drawers of games!! A lovely location on one of my favorite islands!!!
