Guest passes are provided which allow access to all 46 nine hole par 3 golf courses, over 100 recreation centers, 128 swimming pools, 250 pickle ball courts, 100 tennis courts and 4 "Town Squares"
Take the fully enclosed  golf cart (great for when it rains or the weather turns cool) to nearby town squares like Spanish Springs (3.5 miles) or to Lake Sumter (5.7 miles) where dining and shopping opportunities abound and nightly free entertainment is provided by live bands,
Nearby golf courses such as El Santiago .6 miles and De La Vista 1.5 miles or Hacienda Hills 1.2 miles. There are far to many to list but these are the closest.
Three sets of clubs are provided, 1 set is left handed.
You can also enjoy any of the nearby rec centers, some of which feature pool tables and other recreational activities such as shuffle board and horse shoes.
Enjoy a ride on the included cruiser bikes (helmets a tire pump are provided) around the neighborhood, The Villages has been recognized by the League of American Bicyclists as a designated "Bicycle Friendly Community", their highest designation.
Enjoy the game room where a professional Foosball table and stand-up video arcade are waiting. 
Relax in the 4 person hot tub, we have provided warm soft robes waiting for you in the master bedroom walk-in closet. 
While the burgers cook on the gas grill, let the iRobots do the mop/vacuum chore for you.
The 4 TVs are all internet/WIFI connected and feature several premium streaming channels.
A Washer and Dryer are at your disposal and free of charge, we will even provide soap.
The master bedroom has a Queen size bed, night stands, clock, dresser. en-suite bath, 32" flat screen TV, ceiling fan with remote, large walk in closet with hangers, iron, ironing board and laundry basket.
The guest bedroom has a  Queen bed, 42" flat screen TV, ceiling fan with remote, large closet and dresser.
The guest full bathroom is nearby and features a tub and shower.
The living room has two recliners and a love seats plus a 50 inch flat panel TV and ceiling fan with remote,
The game room has a 42" flat screen TV, ceiling fan with remote.
The entire property, including the garage, the back porch and hot tub are non smoking / non vaping areas. Minimum 3 week stay and sorry, NO PETS
