Second year

This is our second year staying at basecamp, It’s a fun camping experience but there is room to improve. I will say last year was a lot nicer! The bathrooms and showers werent cleaned out as much as they should of been.

Not like the Photos

The tent did not look like the photos and we had to wait for 2 hours before we could check in. It did not come with sheets or blankets and the bathrooms were extremely dirty. It would have been better if we had brought our own tent.

Bathrooms were dirty. The staff didn't their best but it was still uncomfortable. At one point the showers should had dirty drain water causing sewage back up. By sanitation codes that's unacceptable

I felt deceived. All the these toilets and accommodations sound great if the toilets worked and if there was running water. Not enough charging stations. The pool was tiny. Not going back

Awesome spot for Coachella!

This was a really cool place to hang out before and after the festival. They had plenty of services for the guests and great staff. I would highly recommend Base Camp to anyone going to Coachella.
