I stayed with my mother for 2 nights while visiting luxembourg and they made my time there good , the room was perfectly clean and smelled nice the breakfast buffet was good but would loved if they had turkey salami for those who don’t eat pork and it was quiet and only 10 minutes walking from the train station and city center i would certainly come back if i am going to that area again

The hotel was undergoing refurbishment, so we didn't stay for breakfast. The room was a good size, comfy bed, clean bathroom. Parking outside front entrance free for 30 minutes, thereafter 1.40 euros for an hour up to 7pm then free until 9am. Public gardens outside and a park across the road, handy for walking our dog. Staff exceptionally helpful went the extra mile to locate a phone charging plug to fit our phones, and generally pleasant.

In the center of the city. Nice Hotel. Nice price. Places for our bikes. The hotel informed us about all kind of festivities in the city. 1 point of improvement: people smoked outside in the front of the hotel. This smoke smell came into our room ( open window). Maybe other smoke place?

Excellente nuit

Accueil très agréable à notre arrivée. La chambre est petite mais possède tout le nécessaire et tout est très propre. Le seul bémol fut une fenêtre qui ne s'ouvrait pas et le volet roulant électrique était un peu capricieux. Le personnel nous a apporté un ventilateur car il faisait chaud sans que nous n'ayons rien demandé c'était très gentil. Nous avons très bien dormi. Je recommande cet hôtel.

J'ai pris une chambre supérieur pour un certain confort en y ajoutant le prix. Mais beaucoup de bruit de chauffage juste à côté du lit dans la chambre non stop toute la nuit. Pas possibilité de dormir.

Wir haben als Familie ein paar sehr schöne Tage in diesem Hotel verbracht. Das Zimmer war sauber, komfortabel und ideal für uns als Familie mit Kind. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das freundliche Personal und das Frühstück – es war abwechslungsreich, frisch und wirklich lecker! Es gab für jeden etwas, auch für unser Kind war immer etwas Passendes dabei. Die Lage des Hotels war ruhig und dennoch zentral, sodass wir alles gut erreichen konnten. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder und können das Hotel besonders für Familien weiterempfehlen.

Correct mais faut pas avoir le sommeil léger

Hôtel correct et bien situé. Nous avons pu constater une remise à neuf des parties communes. Le personnel était très agréable et sympathique. Propriété satisfaisante. Passage régulier du personnel en charge du ménage. Literie un peu ferme à mon goût. Mon épouse et moi sommes restés 20 mins dans le froid quand nous sommes rentrés à 23h. Personne à l’accueil à ce moment là. Nous avons utilisé la sonnerie à l’entrée sans que cela ait provoqué le retour de la personne de garde. Nous avons dû appeler le standard de l’hôtel et insister plusieurs fois pour provoquer le retour de la personne à l’accueil. Elle s’est excusée en nous indiquant qu’il y avait un soucis au 1er étage. L’insonorisation des chambres n’est pas satisfaisante. On en entend presque tout des bruits dans le couloir et parfois dans les chambres à côté. Je ne sais si c’est en raison des fêtes mais l’activité dans le couloir débutait dès 7h. Pour ceux qui on le sommeil léger comme moi, vos moments de repos s’arrêteront assez tôt. Prévoir des boules quies.

Hotel qui ce modernise une accueil de jour où de nuit tres professionnel réactive et très Gentil. Tout y est, un bar un bon petit déjeuner et très bien situé. Un petit bémol l'équipe de nettoyage est à surveiller ne le prenez pas mal c'est constructive. Je reviendrais à l'hôtel du Parc avec plaisir, merci pour l'accueil et le service
