"I had a very disappointing experience at this property. I booked a two-night stay but had to leave after the first night because the air conditioner did not work, making the room extremely uncomfortable. On top of that, there were far too many mosquitoes, making it difficult to sleep. Despite these serious issues, the property refused to provide any refund for the unused night. "Stayed at 5 places during my trip and this was by far my favorite. The hosts are so nice, they extended our check-out an hour later, picked us up at the airport late at night and were waiting for us, also felt super safe. They had a welcome gift (cute magnet), had coffee in the room, the breakfast was absolutely fantastic and on time.
