"When we checked in and went to our room the room was dirty from the previous guest. Our friends with us had to go to the lobby two times before they finally got a key that opened their door. There was one girl working at the front desk. She finally (very slowly) found us a clean room. The next morning I went down to lobby to get coffee and it was basically hot water that came out. Disgusting. My son is considering LA Tech for college and we were there for a campus visit. I will be sure that we never stay here again. "

The hall carpet a stain that should have been clean up on Saturday night was still there at 4am when I left the hotel. All the staff was very nice. Breakfast good parking good. I just think training needs to be done for cleaning of rooms."
