"The hotel staff were wonderful. Everyone was helpful and smiled when they saw you. Breakfast was very nice and the facility was exceptionally clean. The property is also in a great location. The only con would be that the room was on the small side and a bit dated, nothing major though. We were comfortable and enjoyed the stay."

"The Wren was exactly as described, plus very tastefully decorated. Nice quiet bedroom at back of cottage. Hostess was very welcoming and helpful. We are both of short stature and were lent a step stool to help us reach higher shelves. Walking distance to water front and all downtown historical buildings and eating establishments. "Staying at this historic hotel was an absolute delight. The property itself is full of charm, with beautiful preserved details. From the warm welcome we received from Emma to the wonderful breakfasts served each morning, nearly every aspect felt special. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making for the perfect getaway. The hosts clearly take great pride in maintaining the property while ensuring the guests are comfortable. The only area that could use a bit of improvement would be the cleanliness of the room. While it was not a major issue, a more thorough cleaning would have made our stay flawless. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a charming and memorable stay. "
