Most of the staff was very nice and helpful but one guy on the breakfast crew was extremely rude when he turned off the juice machine and made my daughter cry because it was five minutes after continental breakfast ended. We nicely asked if he could turn it on for her to get a drink and he was very rude about it. Finally he did it but he was not kind or understanding at all. The rest of the staff was super nice. One lady apologized for the way he acted. The bathroom didn’t have enough toilet paper and the toilet didn’t flush very well. Overall it was fine for one night but definitely not the best service. "

"Very old hotel. Falling apart. Only one elevator working but also in need of great repair with panels falling off buttons not lighting up. Weird smell in both rooms we had. Not clean in the bathroom. Food options poor. Charged for parking."
