"Breakfast was eh. Room was clean HOWEVER it was really damp in the room. Bedding, towels and floors damp/wet. Very miserable. Staff were not the friendliest. "

"Well we checked out early, should have not even checked in. What hotel chains do you physically get the tv remote when you check in and have to bring it back to check out. Very dated place, packing area is not clean. Warnings around the property to not open your door to anyone and to keep them closed at all times. Who puts a lawn chair in the bathroom, oh they do. The bed was not a Queen as described, pillow not comfortable at all, fridge was disgusting, microwave is bolted to the fridge in case your temped to take a gross microwave. Power strip on the wall is comical ( nobody has that many things to plug in). Phone is so old that some people might think it’s a relic. Loud ducks roam around outside most likely because parking area is very dirty. Sounded like a tow truck pulled in around midnight, workers were very load, you would think a staff member would let them know that guest were sleeping."

"We had a great experience utilizing the long-term parking and we also spent a night when we returned to pick up our vehicle. The parking was a great value and we utilize the airport shuttle, which is very convenient. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and attentive. For the price, the room was also very good. I would utilize the parking and hotel again."

"Great place! Close to everything, Kenner, Metairie. 20 min to Downtown New Orleans.Next to the Levy that you can walk. Safe, quiet area. Near airport but never heard a plane! Our host was only a call or text away."

"The facility was adequate. Needs updating for current technology. The TV was only connected to cable and had no capabilities for streaming. The phone had to be disconnected because of a message beep that could not be turned off. The phone was useless to contact the front desk or anything else. Physical accomodations were very clean and good. "
