"Dirty sheets! Shower didn’t work! Black ants in shower! "

"Staff was very kind and helpful but for 320 (insane) a night I expect at least a decent nights sleep and a shuttle to airport. They advertise for a shuttle but didn’t have one apparently even though when we called other locations they said they should. We heard every single noise throughout the whole night and the people in the room above us fought so bad and very late into the night that we had to call the front desk about a DV situation. Then we could hear their early morning conversations through the ceiling as well. The beds were hard and uncomfortable and the shower barely had water pressure. The room was clean however and there was no other option for hotels for some reason near the airport so there we were. I would avoid if staying last minute because your flight was cancelled like ours. You’ll be tired, grumpy and out another 30 dollars for an uber to the airport that’s a couple miles away. "

"Beds were comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly and nice. The breakfast could have been more of a variety for people who don’t eat pork as well"

"The breakfast was delicious. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have is the bed was killing my back. But that could totally have been a me problem. Overall it was a great stay! "

"Hotel could use some upgrading in the rooms. The rooms seem out dated. The beds were Full size instead of Queen. The lighting was dim. The lobby is beautiful too bad the rooms don’t match! "

"Yes shops very close. Parking great. Property needs cleaning. New owners are trying their best with what was bought. I think it will be great again . "

"The room was ground level had missing slats from blinds we had to cover 2 windows with towels and sheets so no one could see in. The kitchen had 1 fork 1 spoon 2 knifes a family of 5 cant eat with that. The pull out bed was terrible. To use bed you had to unfold the bed there was no mattress to it. Had wood frame throught the middle it was like sleeping on ground.They served breakfast everyday it was ok but staff in kitchen area was very RUDE. I had called hotel before booking to ask was pool open and was waffles part of breakfast and was told yes to both. Pool was not open and waffle batter was never brought out. When asked about waffles staff always had excuses for why it wasn't available. "
