Typical Savoyard chalet, independent, warm and cozy

  • The cottage of 3 elves was completely renovated in the local style, in 2010. It is facing south and offers stunning views of the Tournette (2351m), the Sulens (1839m) and north on Mount Lachat (2023m).
    Ideally located to spend sporting or relaxing holidays, in a beautiful setting, in love, with family or friends with all the comforts necessary to leave with unforgettable memories.

    It includes a living area with a fully equipped kitchen and a bar area, open to a dining area. From this room you can access directly to the terrace.
    It also includes a lounge, a bathroom and upstairs, on the mezzanine, you can relax in a sleeping area under the roof, bright and warm with a double bed under velux and 2 single beds.

    Possibility of short stay (min 2 nights) in average and low season for 95 € per night.

Magical

What can I say we absolutely loved the chalet it was perfect for us! We were cycling and the chalet location was fantastic for doing the mountains we wanted to tick off. The chalet was beautiful, clean and the hosts very accommodating. I would definitely stay there again. What a beautiful part of the world, I would 100% recommend! :)

Le logement est assez petit. Convient pour quelque jours, mais pas plus.La route en contrebas est très bruyante, dormir les fenêtres ouvertes est compliqé.L'escalier pour monter à la mezzanine est très raide (le plus dur est presque de redescendre).Les 2 espaces couchages ne sont séparés que par un rideau.Il n'y a pas de micro-onde.Sinon l'espace exterieur est sympathique, le chalet en bois est joli.La salle de bain est très bien.Je trouve le tarif un peu élevé pour la taille du chalet.Les échanges avec les hôtes ont été très simples et rapides.

Chalet très agréable, bien équipé, au calme et confortable. A 20 minutes de la station de ski de Manigod (prévoir des pneus neige, route très escarpée depuis Thônes), nous avons passé un super séjour mêlant ski et promenades autour de Thônes, le tout avec une météo géniale ! Et bien sûr, nous avons fait le plein de reblochon avec la coopérative qui est à deux pas du chalet... Nous reviendrons !

Super communication avec Christelle et François qui nous ont très bien présenté la ville et les visites à faire à pied. Un grand merci ! Le chalet est magnifique, très confortable ! Et chance pour nous, la neige était au rendez-vous ! (Mais 400 mètres plus haut ! Et selon François, le réchauffement climatique n'arrangera rien dans les prochaines années ...).

C'est un très beau chalet parfaitement rénové avec goût et professionnalisme.Il est spacieux, lumineux et parfaitement équipé avec une vue imprenable surtout en automne période où nous y avons séjourné.Il est à proximité de tous les services de THONES qui est un petit Chamonix sans le bling bling ...Les propriétaires qui sont à proximité sont comme le chalet, chaleureux.En plus il est idéalement placé pour visiter cette belle région

il ne faut pas être sensible au bruit

logement: chalet très bien , propre, fonctionnelemplacement : la photo avec vue sur la montagne correspond à la partie supérieure de la vision. La partie inférieure c'est la zone industrielle et LA départementale située juste au dessous. Chalet aux première loges.le gros point noir : L'absence total de calme. Flot ininterrompu de voitures et de camions. Nous devions rester dedans et fuir pendant la journée.
