We recently stayed at this townhouse and overall found it to be a convenient location, just a short drive from Niagara Falls. The home was spacious and accommodated our group well, and having a washer and dryer on site was a helpful convenience during our stay, though we were also asked to load the washer with used towels before checkout, which was a bit unexpected.
That said, the listing may no longer feel quite “new.” The property does show some signs of wear and could benefit from a few minor maintenance updates. All four mattresses were not as comfortable as we had hoped and may be due for replacement, which made it harder to get a good night’s sleep.
There was also a noticeable odor when we first entered the home. While it wasn’t overwhelming, it was still apparent.
We were supposed to travel with a service dog, though no pet stayed at the property, and we are still waiting for the service dog fee to be refunded. Hopefully, this can be resolved promptly.
One thing future guests should be aware of is the $15 garbage disposal charge if you do not take the garbage with you, which may not be immediately obvious if you don’t read the house rules carefully.
With a few improvements—especially replacing the mattresses, addressing the odor, and completing some minor repairs—this property could offer an even better guest experience.
