"Had a great overnight stay before meeting up with all our Family. The staff were so accommodating. They even organised a room just off the lounge so that our family could meet up for coffee and the three grandchildren could open their Xmas presents. The hotel is beautiful and our room was spacious and comfortable and we even saw a woodpecker on the grounds. Thank you Ansty Hall."

"When checking in we were told we had to pay extra for breakfast. I had booked breakfast when I booked the room. The woman at checkin was most unhelpful and said we had not booked breakfast. I had to go into the app to find the full details of our booking showing breakfast was included. All we got was a shrug. Not an apology or anything. Breakfast had a lot of empty plates that were not replenished eg cheese. The restaurant was freezing despite numerous portable heaters. "
