Huge lawn with yard games such as Bocce, Croquet , Bean Toss, Ladderball, Can-Jam, Jenga, and many more.
Come experience river life and ride around in golf carts(for rent with additional fee).

Kitchen with 2 stainless steel refrigerators, plenty of storage. 3 porches with direct St . Lawrence river views. Short walk to the beach cove for swimming , sand , and sun. Tennis courts 100 yards away. Golf available at public 9 hole course just behind the home. Huge children's park and play area just a short walk or golf cart ride. 'Main " dock area for swimming and sun and fun also just a short walk away
