Originally built 100 years ago as a church parish, this extraordinary home has been meticulously and completely renovated — preserving its architectural soul while elevating every detail to modern luxury standards. The perfect sanctuary for relaxation and rejuvenation.

• Two full bathrooms
• Two double XL bunk beds (four beds total), accommodating four comfortably — or up to eight if sharing. We also have blow-up mattresses for kids or adults!

With additional curated rentals along Linden Street, wedding parties and extended families can stay steps from one another while maintaining privacy.

We lovingly call it “Love on Linden.”

Our Standards:

To preserve the elevated experience for all guests:

• No parties unless limited strictly to registered overnight guests and must be approved in advance with an extra deposit.
• No pets
• No additional guests beyond your reservation
• Primary renter must be 28+ unless holding 5-star reviews.

To maintain a fresh, clean, and allergy-friendly environment, we are unable to accommodate pets. Thank you for helping us preserve the comfort of every guest.

🕯️ Smoke-Free Property

To protect the integrity of our home and ensure a pleasant stay for all, smoking, vaping, and the use of tobacco or cannabis products are not permitted anywhere on the property, including all indoor and outdoor spaces.

🪵 Shoes-Off Home

Our original 100-year-old hardwood floors are one of The Noble Oak’s most treasured features. We kindly ask that shoes be removed upon entering to help preserve their beauty and maintain the cleanliness of the home. Slippers are always welcome!

Every furnishing, artwork, and architectural detail has been carefully selected to create a memorable experience. Please treat the home with care, leave furnishings in their original location, and promptly wipe up any spills so future guests can enjoy it just as much as you have.

🌙 Respecting Our Neighbors

The Noble Oak is part of a wonderful, close-knit community. We kindly ask that you respect our neighbors by keeping outdoor noise to a minimum, especially during the evening hours.

We hope you’ll make wonderful memories during your stay. Before departure, we simply ask that the home be left in generally tidy condition, with dishes placed in the dishwasher and trash disposed of in the designated receptacles.
