Second time staying here in the last 7 months and I think this place is top notch. From the extremely helpful and friendly staff, to the incredible breakfasts included with our room and the excellent dinners we purchased in the evenings, to the superb communication by hotel staff, and the clean and comfortable rooms…I will certainly be back in the future. I’d love to see whoever is running this business teach these principles of professionalism and attention to detail to larger chains because they just get it!

The room was very clean. Was a nice touch having biscuits on the tea tray. The staff were excellent. Special shout out to Michelle who made sure our stay was special. The breakfast was fantastic. Fresh fruit available. The hot stuff was good to perfection.
We did have evening meals aswell which were also excellent and a great choice and really good value. Parking was available and if the car park was full, there is availability on the street
Lovely place to stay. Everyone in the Castletown team could not do enough for us, welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast and evening meal were excellent. Our second stay, and will stay there again.

Parking was easy.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Room was dated with very small bathroom and shower cubicle, but the shower itself was great.
Dinner was very good.
Breakfast was tasty with lots of choices in the buffet. Bowl of natural yoghurt along with 7 bowls of fresh fruit to choose from!
For the price this hotel was perfect. The room we were in had history too, the McCartney Room. The breakfast was self serve of good quality, the hotel is a little dated, but it’s been around a while.
Loved this place. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Great restaurant. Mostly modern rooms/bathrooms.
Quiet and relaxing atmosphere.
Parking is limited so get there early.
A lovely little hotel for a one night stop. Staff were all lovely and friendly.
Our room was pleasant, on the ground floor, very clean with a comfortable bed.
We ate in for dinner which was very good, good choice, also choice for vegetarians, and the portions were very good.
Breakfast was a simple but good buffet.
Very happy with our stay.
