"None of the listed amenities actually exist. No pool. No spa. Horrible location way out on the edge of town. On the positive side, the girl at the front desk was very helpful. She helped me get a train ticket out of Lao Cai. I was going to stay three nights but left after one. Also the bed was nice and comfortable after a few weeks of hard traveling. "Stayed in a junior suite. It was big but smelled musty and were cigarette burns in the carpet. The staff were awesome, the breakfast was not good food. But the price was cheap so I guess there’s that."

"I picked Sapaxa as I wanted to experience Sapa much closer to nature. There are only 8 cottages so it is such an itimate vibe. Mua really helped with everything that you need and really my made my stay so much better. The bed is one of the most comfortable bed you'll ever sleep on!
