Fabulous apartment so pleased we found it. Everything you need in the apartment it’s like a home away from home. I could sit all day and look out the window out to sea. It’s in a perfect location, literally on the strip but with very little noise. Beach is on the doorstep so you have choice of beach or pool. Sun on the outdoor space by late morning into the evening. Peter was great and very responsive to messages answering any questions I had. Would highly recommend.

Lovely apartment in a great location with fabulous views. Easy to find and surprisingly quiet being so close to the strip, not noise free, but acceptable. Communication from the owner was prompt and informative as well as helpful. We loved our stay. Only downside it wasn’t long enough!

A beautiful apartment , could not fault a thing.We had a small issue with the kettle I messaged Peter and it was sorted in a couple of hours , the location is perfect, so much so I’m stalking the availability to try and return as soon as I can.

We had a brilliant holiday in this accommodation. We know Lanzarote well but have never stayed on the main strip in Puerto del Carmen. The views from the living area are stunning and we enjoyed eating breakfast each morning on the balcony over looking the sea. The kitchen was well equipped with clean facilities and plenty of space in the fridge and freezer. Modern bathrooms had great cleanliness. The main bedroom has a large bed and usb chargers. With the door closed you can’t hear any noise in the evenings. The second bedroom was a little noisy on certain evenings but we were visiting at the height of the season in August. The swimming pool was excellent. Our children loved it and it made for a very relaxing holiday that we were able to pop there at any time and always find available sunbeds. Only used the sunbeds owned by Peter once. We are true beach bums and to have the beach so close was a luxury. We also found the supermarket (Mercadona), a short walk away excellent for price, quality and variety. We had a car during our stay and popped to the local Lidl but found the Mercadona just as good, perhaps better. As it’s the main strip, plenty of shops, restaurants and bars are on the doorstep.

Bright spacious apartment

This ground floor apartment is bright and spacious. The 2 ensuites bathrooms were also spacious. Good sized living and kitchen area. Patio area has table and chairs for outside dining. Wardrobes had plenty of hangers and beds were comfortable. Air Con cost us less than 5 euros for the few days we were there, so not expensive Although the apartment is situated directly behind 2 lively bars, the music was stopped just before midnight each evening.Good value for the price.

Beautiful apartment in fantastic location

We had a great stay. The apartment was lovely and the pool was great. No problems getting a longer around the pool. Would highly recommend and hope to stay again in the future.

Excellent stay, great apartment, close to everything

Excellent stay, spotlessly clean, really enjoyed staying here. Amazing sea views, lovely pool (although a bit too cold), walking distance of everything including a sea dip! Great communication from property owner. Would definitely stay here again.

Just perfect!!

Loved everything about this place. The views and location were phenomenal. The apartment itself was luxurious and had absolutely everything you could need. The beach is a minute away and the pool about 30 seconds. Absolutely amazing!! 👌

Perfect apartment for our first family trip to Lanzarote!

We were so happy with this accommodation for our week away! Myself, my partner and 2 children aged 8 and 12 stayed here and we couldn't have asked for more really. Appartment was spotless when we arrived, beds were very comfortable and it was the perfect size for a family of 4. Air con cost us about 10 euros for the week which was so worth it. We used it all night every night. Location is great! When we arrived, I will admit, I was a little worried as we were right on the strip. ( We also arrived late evening so it was in full flow). However, once we'd followed Peter's very clear instructions to find the appartment in the complex, we were set back enough for the noise to not be a problem at all. Which meant it was a great central location and walking distance to everything. The view from the balcony and front window is stunning, so close to the beach! Swimming pool is right behind the apartment and was clean and great for the kids, (adults too!). Communication with Peter was excellent.All the info he sent over before hand was very helpful and my questions were answered very quickly! We also had a problem with the door handle on arrival and after messaging, was fixed and sorted the same day. Excellent service! Only suggestion I could make is to have a couple of essentials left in the appartment for people to use as its self catering. Salt, oil etc for cooking and maybe spare bin bags. Not really a problem at all though. We fell in love with Puerto Del Carmen and will be back!

The house was beautiful a lovely home from home …. I had my aunty with me who uses wheelchair .we really struggled as it was uphill . We were told this but thought we could manage as there was 4 of us … it was just to much for her we did get out 1day with her and struggled ..the pool was lovely to .. we enjoyed ourself but couldn’t go with my aunt again .. Peter did tel us about the stairs and hill …

Location, location, locstion

Had an amazing week. Apartment just as described. Immaculately clean. Superb showers. Comfortable bed and great kitchen facilities. I always struggle with TVs abroad but this was a breeze. Will be back.
