First time in lanzarote and we couldn't have chosen a better hotel . The staff were really welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Food was plentiful and a good selection, the pool was fantastic and spotlessly clean and if you like the beach it's just a short walk from the hotel . Rooms were large and really comfortable, so we will definitely book again for next year .thank you floresta...

Simple, no-frills stay but does the job well. The hotel is clean, good value for money, and in a great location—just a short walk to the beach. If you’re after something straightforward and well-placed rather than luxury, it’s a solid choice.

Our family really enjoyed our week at the Floresta. A big shout out to Johan and the animation team for keeping our kids occupied with activities during our stay. Staff was friendly and entire resort was kept sporless. Keep up the great work!

Room was exactly as advertised. Pool complex was fab. Only there for one night so didn’t get to check out all the facilities. Breakfast was lovely - good range of cold meats, cheese etc. Plus fried foods and pancakes if you felt like a hot breakfast. Short stroll to various restaurants on the seafront and a spar just outside.

All inclusive food was excellent - plenty of variety and tasty. All inclusive drinks were ok too - plenty of free options and some paid options. Cocktails were pre-mixed. Staff incredibly friendly, especially in the restaurant and pool bar. Apartments are nice, spacious, and clean.

Great hotel

Very good hotel. 2nd time here & will return again. Apartmentwas very spacious & cleaned & fresh towels every day. B&B only. Breakfast was ok, nothing special. Bar food was good value. The day time activity team worked hard to keep things going & we enjoyed the things were took part in. The best 3 star hotel in Matagorda area.

We weronly there for an overnight stay but they upgraded us to a 2-bed apartment. Check-in was efficient, the rooms spaceous and clean. The crockery etc. was basic, but sufficient. Breakfast was one of the best we have enjoyed on the island! We'll come here again, that's for sure.

Spacious apartments, good and very friendly service and reasonable facilities. However a few things could be improved: free locker for valuables - instead of a charge of 20 Euro (why not just include it). The breakfast is good and probably hits a wide target group, but not fantastic. Also the hotel is only barely equipped with plates, cutleries, etc. So a bit "cut to the bone." Fair value for money, and it helps to have spacious apartments with opportunities to eat your own food. Good for families with kids.

Breakfast time very noisy around busy times , otherwise good facilities , apart from no courtesy room on check out if late flights . Plenty of sunloungers , everything clean and staff friendly. Limited restaurants in vicinity if not all inclusive and staying more than a few nights.

The hotel was very well maintained, the rooms were spacious and very clean with cleaning service every day. The gardens are immaculate. Breakfast was a good selection with lots of options. Lunch options at the snack bar were very reasonable with toasties and chips for €2,drinks were a good price too. All the staff are very helpful. The location is fabulous right by the beach, bus stop and a big super market and lots of bars and restaurants. We had a wonderful weekend of winter sun in Lanazarote.

Nice Aparthotel

Lovely Apart-hotel, we arrived early and could leave our bags in the luggage room. When ready, we went to our apartment but it was up three flights of stairs, I have issues with walking and this wasn’t ideal. We asked to be changed, we were eventually changed and got into our apartment at 6 in the evening, I think it could have been changed much quicker as they were checking in people all day. But we were happy with our apartment in the end. Just a pity we couldn’t get settled for a whole day. The rooms were cleaned daily and the staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful. There is a spar across from the hotel a bar that do nice drinks and food with music every night (Marcos) and the best Asian food we’ve ever had is in Asia Home beside Marcos. Staff were fab in both places too.
