"Cute place right on the beach! Tiny bathroom, lovely room, cozy bed, breakfast is typical free breakfast which we skipped once we saw it. It feels very safe/secure. Note there is not a great view even from high floors since the dune blocks the beach. You’ll be looking just at water (no sand/people/waves). Right on a gorgeous, swimmable beach! There are no beach chairs or towels so bring your own. Fitness room is lacking. Pool area is average but outside so that’s nice in summer. Excellent location to everything! Friendly staff. No regrets going but will probably check out another resort next time."

"Our room was clean and smelled great! Cleaning staff were super friendly and accommodating. Access to the beach was excellent although close to the surfer section so be mindful when looking for a spot to set up."

"Only complaint I have is the parking garage, parking was super tight and I drove a car that is low to the ground so it dragged terrible going up every level and I was on the fifth floor. Other than parking everything else was excellent!"

"Hotel was very nice; location was excellent to surrounding activities. Downside did have to pay additional fees to park in hotel parking garage. Hotel did have a water issue the first night of stay where the water was shut off for a short time. Room was clean with the exception of housekeeping didn't vacuum/sweep the floors on a daily basis. We did have an issue with our room refrigerator, but the evening maintenance man quickly rectified the situation. My major complaint with the room was the bed frame was larger than the mattress and boxspring, so it stuck out further which caused a tripping hazard. Overall, it was a great place to stay."

"Great and amazing resort. Staff very nice, no pushy sales for the time share part. Indoor and outdoor pools have hot tubes but the pools were warm and very nice. Outdoor pool had a great vibe. Towels at each pool. Great location for both Williamsburg and Busch Gardens. Grocery store less than a mile from resort. Everything you need for a great vacation right at your front door. Three bedroom had lots of space, kitchen a little small for more then two people at once. But everything you needed was available."

"The curtains does not completely block the light from outside. There are no elevators. Pillows were thin. The place was quiet and safe. Easy walk to the beach, shops, and places to eat."

"Hotel Alice was nice. Great location close to shopping and restaurants very close to the aquarium! Rooms were clean but a little outdated definitely could use a makeover but overall a nice place to stay!"

Aqua Vista Resort Hotel

"Everything was great there except the elevator hardly worked and they had to fix it several of times. Also when it does work it takes a while for it to get to ur floor because there is only one elevator in the building. Other than that, everything was great"
