It was quite cold as the heater wasn’t working, the UK power outlet didn’t function, and when I reported it, I was advised to charge my devices in the dining area instead. The kettle in the room was also not working. A light English breakfast is provided, along with free tea and coffee in the dining area. I did feel safe throughout my stay, which was reassuring. As expected from a hotel close to the airport, there is noticeable airplane noise. The property itself is quite dated and could benefit from some upgrades."

The bathroom sink was clogged, and I couldn’t even brush my teeth without the water backing up, which was extremely unpleasant. The shower head was also not functioning properly, making it difficult to have a proper shower. Additionally, I ordered wings as a snack, and they were quite poor in quality—definitely not what I expected. Overall, these issues significantly affected my experience. I hope the hotel addresses these concerns to improve future guest stays. "
