In the centre of Val Claret, in a sunny position residential area (villas), excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 30 m from the skiing area. In the complex: storage room for skis, central heating system. Shopping centre 150 m, restaurant 100 m, bakery 150 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 500 m, indoor swimming pool 800 m. Sports centre 800 m, skisport facilities 100 m, slopes 50 m, ski rental, ski school, sled run. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Espace Killy 50 m. Hiking paths: Parc National de la Vanoise. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. Additional accommodations can be booked.
