It is rare when we don’t stay here when we come to Tijuana. We love staying here. It is close to stores, restaurants and also it’s amenities are great!! There is staff that I have known for years working at the hotel and they are super friendly!

We have stayed in this hotel for years, we are happy with the location, cleanliness, amenities, staff is very helpful, the only negative comment is that with the Expedia reservation, we used to get VIP upgrades to high floor rooms and access to the 32nd floor as additional perks, now they only provide 2 free drinks and a 20% discount coupon for Emma restaurant.
