"Upon booking the room Expedia showed free parking, but that is not true. Front desk staff is very friendly as well as breakfast buffet waiter Julio. Excellent food and coffee. Towels in the room were in extremely bad condition, shower glass door looked dirty. Another inconvenience was at time of departing, I ended up loosing proof of parking ticket after paying $250 pesos. We proceeded to tell the gate guard of lost ticket, she then called security guard to get clearance and charged us for another $250 pesos. She then called Security guard who told me that I needed proof from front desk that I was a guest. After returning with proof of guest from front desk, I was asked for proof of vehicle registration and drivers license. I thought this was absurd, Hotel manager along with two other guards showed up, this is were I became agitated because I was questioned and was asked to show luggage in the trunk of the car, hotel manager assured me it wasn’t about paying extra however never returned the extra money we paid for parking. I felt humiliated because I had to show proof of the nature of the business trip. They could have checked cameras to show I was a guest, and that parking ticket was paid. I will not be returning to this hotel nor I recommend it. "
