"Wifi only works on 1st floor and lobby, rooms are dirty, towels have holes in them, they turn off all electricity when you leave the room, so when you come back it is so hot inside and the fridge is warm. This hotel is just a big scam. Rooms do not look the same as in the photos."

"The hotel is new and the rooms were very clean and meticulously maintained to western standards. The staff was very friendly and provided great service. The restaurant on 1st floor served really tasty vegetarian South Indian complimentary breakfast (came with suite) and the lunch/dinner food was equally good with North Indian food available too. Overall, my family really enjoyed the stay and we would visit again."

"We stayed for 3 nights from 9th Oct 25. We found the hotel to be better than our expectation. The staff were very helpful. Saurabh in housekeeping deserves a special menton. The only area we found a little lacking was the food. We hope it will be better in our next trip . "

"Had a quick stay at the Fern near Kalyan, the property is clean and well managed. the only surprise was that they do not offer bell services or valet so you have to handle your luggage by yourself. The rooms are well kept and clean and the food in the room service was great too. "

"Washroom had leaking water. Otherwise everything was good. I had a business stay so my evaluation revolves around limited parameters. Though would love to see more improvements on breakfast, there’s no complaint, per se. If traveling for business, I can rebook at this property provided other options such as IBIS Thane are not available. "

"Property is good with all amenities. Pros: 1. Swimming Pool 2. Indoor games 3. VR (Chargeable) 4. Food taste and hygeine 5. Distance from city Cons: 1. Rooms as booked not given and was tried to cheat by giving inferior room. Got the right after lot of hassle with the staff and lost 1.5 hours in the process 2. For checkout calls received at least 5 times which was very annoying 3. Food is costly (Suggestion: Better to book meal included plan as Buffet is good) "
