"The room we were originally given was dark and cave-like. The pool was out of service for the first two days of our stay. There was nothing to watch on the TV. We complained and were moved to another room that was better. Still nothing to watch on the TV. I have no idea what cable service they have, but it is terrible. We were promised that we would have one night refunded, but that never happened. My biggest issue came when the pool reopened and we found one of the doors was unlocked. HUGE...
