"First off, the check in took way longer than it should have. We arrived around 3:55 and had to wait until 4:20 to actually get our keys. We weren’t even offered anything complimentary for this ridiculous wait which made us late for the baseball game that evening. To top it off, the next day we had to check out and then the elevators stop working. We had to climb down 10 flights of stairs with all of our luggage. For some reason the staircase only starts at the 2nd floor so when you check out you have to wait in a long line to even get back to parking. Terrible stay and will never recommend this location. "

"Parking is almost $40 per night. No WiFi(system down). Room dirty. Still waiting to get my deposit back after almost a week. Room is tiny."

"The staff was friendly and helpful, both at the reception desk and in the restaurant. Our room was comfortable and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The shower worked well and was easy to use. We had breakfast twice— ordering from the menu and also having the buffet. The food was consistently delicious, with a good variety of offerings. We also liked the hotel’s location. It was perfect for our stay. "
