Der Aussenbereich [Terasse] War in keinen guten Zustand.Die Dachrinne wurde gereinigt und der Dreck auf die Terasse geschmissen und blieb liegen.Das Gras wächst aus den Fugen.Die Kanten nicht geschnitten.Die Aussenlampe und die Fensterbänke sind sehr dreckig.Die Haustür lies sich nicht abschließen, ein Elektrokabel führte in den Innenbereich. Die Dusche befinden sich schwarze Stellen und müssen vernünftig gereinigt werden.Die Ecken der Wohnung müssen besser gereinigt werden. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet.
