Not clean bathroom and our room, frige not working, when calling staff for they asked to call different number and they say will come and they never did. We didnt eat their breakfast as we knew the standard. When i asked the staff wanted t o see the manager they said ne was not there this happened few times. Staff were acting really strange. I mentioned on 1st day fridge not working they said its working i put my medicine and after 10 hours its gone bad as f r ide not working

Rooms and location were excellent. Staff was very helpful. Being in city centre, rooms at lower levels don't have very good views, but from terrace we had excellent views of city.

Enjoyed our stay.!

The staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to speak with the manager Mr Mani directly when we needed extra help and he solved those problems immediately which we appreciate very much and our thanks to him for arranging the transportation for our Temple tour. Easy access to shops and a mall. The hotel has 3 good restaurants serving delicious food- veg & non veg which was great. Rooms were clean and bedding fresh. The minus point....internet service was very disappointing. All in all value for money and we are our friends enjoyed our stay.

Great Trichy stay

Great hotel, close to bus stand and eateries. Food at the meridian restaurant owned by the hotel is amazing and good value. Rioms are spacious and clean.

hotel was adequate. clean rooms, restaurant was ok as long as you stuck to south indian food. hot water in the rooms is an issue. runs out fast and is unpredictable. overall, comparable to a standard motel in N. America.

Only thing you feel is that the lobby attendants are forcing you to let them handle even your smallest hand bag or appears to provide some service to get an opportunity to expect tips which appears a bit superfluous service and irritating.
