The beautiful Villa Terence is located in the town of Jezera. As one of the most organised places in Croatia, Jezera in the southeast of the island of Murter is a symbol of the most beautiful that Dalmatia and the Mediterranean offer to every guest. For five years in a row, Jezera has been crowned with the Blue Flower of the Croatian Tourist Board, the most prestigious recognition for the beauty and orderliness of the environment, which makes them an indispensable place on the map of Croatian tourism. Villa Terence was built in a contemporary style in 2007 but underwent a complete renovation in 2022. It offers its guests 300 m2 of living space, and the total area of the property is 1600 m2. It is only 200 metres from the sea, and you will enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the islands from its terrace and balcony. A maximum of 10 people can stay in the villa (provided that it is 8 adults and 2 children), while the optimal number is 9. Guests will be distributed in 5 bedrooms, 4 of which have a double bed, and the fifth room has a bunk bed. Likewise, one room has a bathroom with a bathtub, while the remaining rooms have a shower cabin.



Additional features of Villa Terence include a separate toilet, washing machine, dryer, and iron. If children are coming with you, you can use a feeder and a cot.



On the ground floor, there is a modern equipped kitchen and a living room where you can rest on a sofa and two armchairs, as well as a coffee table, a TV, and a direct exit to the outdoor terrace where you can refresh yourself in the heated pool of 36 m2 and 1.5 m deep. It is an infinity pool with a natural beach that has the option of including a hydro massage. Next to it, you will sunbathe on 8 sunbeds. On the terrace, there is also an outdoor dining table and an outdoor gas barbecue.



A wellness room with a sauna and a jacuzzi will provide you with a luxurious holiday. Fans of an active holiday will be delighted with the gym with several basic exercise equipment.



Children will have fun playing table tennis, table football, or PlayStation.



The courtyard of the villa is completely fenced, offers 2 private parking spaces, and has two garages.



Apart from Murter as the largest and oldest settlement, there are three other towns on the island: Betina, Jezera, and Tisno. Due to its architecture, Betina is one of the most beautiful places on the Adriatic, and it also has the status of the Adriatic centre of wooden shipbuilding. In the summer season, various sports competitions are organized on Murter, and they are preceded by the April Murter - Kornati regatta as a kind of introduction to the season. Traditional festivities are St. Roko (August 16) and the Murter festival of the Feast of Our Lady (September 8).
