"Friendly and helpful staff but not around as much as I would like. The rooms are quite outdated and bathroom was not great. Toilet was running loud for a while after flushing but understood the facilities are not up to date . The room was quite cold and not enough blankets. Beds are old and room is small but it was expected. "

Shuttle bus stop at the front door will take you to various ski resorts in the area. Staff is excellent, helpful, kind. Restaurant is great! Had use of a ski locker as well. Full locker, not just a place to hang skus and poles. "

"An amazing place to stay if you want to experience the traditional Japan in a comfortable way. Chiko went out of her way yo help with many things and the Onsen is amazing with access all night. Convenient to the shuttle bus to Goryu which accesses Hakuba47. Our family had a wonderful stay!"
