"The service is excellent and all the staff super helpful. The hotel could use a renovation as the rooms are starting to get old. The only thing is that the rooms washrooms smell like drainage so perhaps something to look into. Other than that, great location and great amenities."

"Great location if you’re wanting Roma/Condesa area. It’s on a quiet street and very clean. Doors lock at 22:00 and there’s a 24hr doorman. It’s also one block away from the Hop on Hop off bus which is the reason I chose it. I would stay again, if I want to stay in Roma."

"The room was very nice and spacious. One of the reasons I booked here is because it had a kitchen. The only thing is if you needed any plates and or utensils you had to call the front desk in order to get them delivered. We did have to call maintenance twice because the bathroom sink was clogged ..."
