    All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

    No smoking is permitted anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas such as the yard, balcony, or patio. Violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning fees.

    All tenants must abide by all Regulations that any and all tenants that are driving must have a valid driver’s license and valid vehicle registration or they will be refused entry to the Community.



    Other Things to Note:

    Pet-friendly. Max of 2 dogs (up to 25 lbs). There is a pet fee of $25 per pet per night.

Liked: Communication, location, listing accuracy
Justin was absolutely amazing with communication. I really wish I could give this stay a 5 star review. We traveled from FL to PA to photograph 2 weddings (one was our "adopted" daughter's). The house itself is very nice. Unfortunately, it has seen better days - many stains on the carpet, the bottom dish rack in the dishwasher needs to be completely replaced (prongs broken off, coating worn off revealing rust), thick cobwebs in the master bedroom, large crack in the dryer door window, no gas canister for the GAS grill, etc. We also wanted to use the fireplace but could not figure out how to get it to turn on. Justin was willing to help us, but due to messaging and timing of our weddings, we did not have time to mess with it. It would have been nice to be able to just turn it on and not worry about having to contact someone. Also, the check-in process with the community (nothing to do with Justin) was an absolute nightmare. They seriously need a better process. The last thing I want to do after traveling two days is stand in line for 30 minutes just to get a guest pass. The staff in the check-in building were beyond rude. With this being said, we would rent, again.
