Upon entering, you are welcomed by an entrance hall that leads into a generous living and dining room, which opens directly onto a private terrace of 16 m2, offering a beautiful view of the garden. The 1 bedroom is a large room furnished with 1 double bed composed of 2 single mattresses, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. It is worth noting that the bed layout is flexible, and while additional sleeping configurations may be available within the property, the maximum occupancy of 2 guests must not be exceeded under any circumstances. The bathroom is a shower and WC unit. Completing the interior is a small, open kitchen equipped with an oven, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine, seamlessly integrated into the living area to create a fluid and functional living space.
