"ReLabo was incredible. I've been to Aomori several times now and it's by far the best hotel I've stayed at. The beds would still be considered firm by American standards, but are far softer than others in Japan. Staff is incredibly nice and helpful, and the spa amenities are easy to access."

"Great location! It is connected through the underground passage to the station and mall. The staff is friendly. I had a great view and the breakfast 100% recommended. You can try local dishes and have complementary coffee during the afternoon at the lounge. I would definitely book again!"

"A good place if only in Sendai for a couple days or planning to traverse the city more than stay in hotel. Expected thin walls between capsules but not between floors. Was on 1F (bottom bunk) & could hear EVERYONE walking around in bathroom above on 2F. Also the pillows are myeh!! You can ask for more for free but still not great. Worst part. Checkout is at 10am. However they close the whole onsen including ONLY showered facilities at 9:30am. So if you want to do a later shower before checkout….out of luck. Not guest friendly!"
