"I stayed at this hotel before and definitely would recommend it. The one thing that I did not like was the check in. I was given my keys and told my room is ready but told I still could not go to room until 3 pm. I was asked to pay for the extra hours before 3 per hour if I wanted to check in early. I’ve been to so many other hotels and if the room is ready early, they usually allow me to go to my room early with no fee. The staff was helpful and good other than that. At breakfast which is...

"I would highly recommend the staff make everything easy ! They are super helpful and close to Disney!"

"Disappointing Stay – Hotel Needs Major Improvements Unfortunately, my stay did not meet my expectations. The hotel felt very outdated and lacked modern amenities. For a hotel associated with the Disney experience, I expected more Disney-inspired decorations, themed stores, and an overall atmosphere that would make the stay feel more magical and memorable. "Great location. Short walk to the Disney monorail or always a bus always running."

"安くて近くて非常に使い勝手が良い！目の前と横がコンビニ少し歩くと松屋があるのが嬉しい！ただ好きに取っていいリネンがガウンしかないのが残念でした。ドライヤーとシャワーの圧が弱い"

"If you are looking for a place within walking distance to Disney, this is a great place to stay. Room is a little small compared to North American sized rooms but we managed. Staff is super friendly and helpful. We did luggage forwarding and staff member assisted us through the whole process. Used the ice and water dispenser to refill our water bottles. We didn’t partake in the breakfast but other guests seemed to have enjoyed it. If visiting Disney would stay here again. Lawson was close by for...

"Ideal location with great view of Rainbow Bridge. Easy access to rail links"

"The hotel is privately and quietly located but wherever we can go such as Ginza, Disney land, and even Shinjuku by trains. The room is cozy and the bathroom is separated from Toilet and bath, and is huge to take a bath with aromaric scent provided in the front desk. There are many restaurants in Toriton Square by walk distance. I would highly recommend the hotel to enjoy your trip in Japan."

"The staff was extremely helpful and everyone made our stay fabulous"

"Great place to recharge or start your trip"

"It’s pretty good for a 3 star hotel, I got the premier double room and it’s really spacious, would recommend."
