Cozy unit(s) in quiet Shinjuku neighborhood

Each unit was tiny but had all the necessities: washer/dryer, stove burner, mini fridge, hair dryer, and basic toiletries. Perfect for my 17yo daughter and I to be nearby yet have our own space. We were here just to sleep, and the bed was good sized and comfortable. There was also a loft that was unused, but could be good for a family, though there was no bed up there. We spent much time in Shinjuku and Harajuku, so the location was perfect. Close to Yamanote line as well as subways.
