Great hotel location with easy access to the train station! 7/11 is right downstairs! The room was very clean, but small, my husband and I are both very tall, so we felt like giants in the room! Despite the cozy size, we had a very pleasant stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, especially after a long flight to Japan. Overall, a great place to stay and would consider staying again for the value and the comfortable bed but would probably look for larger room options. Thank you.
Upon returning to APA Omori Hotel, I was welcomed back by the present staff member, which alone was incredibly heartwarming to be remembered.
Clean, well maintained, and close connections to Tokyo and surrounding areas, Omori will forever be etched in my memory and a personal favourite.
With several food and shopping options around the hotel itself, APA Hotel Omori remains a favourite stay for access to the Tokyo area.
I've stayed here several times now, and remains a personal favourite and shall continue to be so.
Staying in summer and winter is always a concern as the windows above the second floor are all locked shut, but the temperature was tolerable with the air conditioning.
However, the cleaners never cleaned the desks, no matter how obvious the grease and dirt streaks were.
The hotel was very close to the station, and there were plenty of shops and facilities nearby, making it extremely convenient.
The bath was also very relaxing and comfortable.
Friendly and welcoming staff. Property and room was clean. Lobby has access to a 7 eleven and location of hotel is perfect with shopping and dining areas within walking distance.
It’s clean and close to the station. There’s a lot of restaurants nearby.

Very close to the train station exit. Easy access to Haneda airport. 7Eleven connected to hotel is awesome. Better yet, there’s even hot springs in the hotel as well. Well worth the stay.
If you've stayed at an apartment hotel before you know what to expect. Small rooms but good for solo travels and short trips. Staff was nice and there's a lot within walking distance. Only negatives for me were the cast feature for the TV not working in my room and getting an email the day of, saying I needed to tell them exactly when I'd be checking in or they'd have to cancel my booking. Guests have until around 10pm or something to check in so I'm not sure why I needed to let them know my exact time. It made me feel rushed to get there within the two hours window since I didn't want to email them again if I planned to show up later. Also I thought I had city view but just had a view of the adjacent building which was a bummer
Location is absolutely perfect. Station was right out the door. Very quiet area away from the hustle and bustle. Perfect place to retreat to at the end of the day. Staff was very friendly and accommodating too!
Some people say their room is quite small, but if you are travelling alone, it is more than enough. Everything you need is in the room, and the staffs are quite helpful cos I have borrowed a humidifier and they acted very quick.
One highlight is that there are 3 convenience stores around you, so you don’t have to worry about drinks or midnight snacks.
You can choose whether to tidy up your room or not on that morning, so it would be a great plus for night owls.
