Hotel is in a really convenient location! It was super clean and tidy! However the beds were super hard and really uncomfortable to sleep on! Otherwise it was ok

The hotel is super clean. The rooms are extremely tiny, like a cracker box. There’s hardly enough room for beds let alone any luggage. We had a room for three people and could not even open our suitcases due to the lack of space. Great location, though! The staff Hardy speaks any English, but are very kind.

Hotel in general is great. Is located in a quiet neighborhood just 15 mins walking from central Shinjuku and close to Shinjuku Station for local trains and if planing to take bullet trains. Depending on you room, there are two separate buildings a block from each other but that was not an issue. Plenty of restaurants, convenience stores and a 24 hour laundromat. Staff is very friendly and check in was a breeze. I will keep this hotel on my list for return trips.

They provided daily housekeeping, changed towels daily but did not change bedding. Walls need to be refurbished or scrubbed. Room just felt too lived in. However location was great surrounded by restaurants, shopping everywhere.

Didn't realise the room was in a different building to the actual hotel, the room was not in a great condition there were lots of holes in the ceiling which was weird. It was a little small and hard to fit the suitcases. Only thing I liked was there was microwave available and also luggage storage service available which was quite useful for us to leave our luggage for a few days.

Staff was great and property was in a good location, affordable for Shinjuku. Furniture in the room was in pretty poor shape visually and the bed was not very comfortable. The bathroom was pretty nice and the shower/tub area was spacious.
