A great hotel, plenty of small restaurants around the area and transport connections. Scenic river banks in the surrounding area too. Great onsen facilities and breakfast options.
The service was outstanding, so incredibly helpful. Everything was clean and neat. The room was on the small size and a bit dated, but perfect for my needs.
Holistic Japanese service with relaxing hot spring, morning drinks & free night noodles. Staff are kind & helpful with clean & good condition facilities
It was incredible the "Onsen" experience right in Tokyo.
The location of the hotel was very convenient.
I should mention staff were very attentive and offered great services.
Free late night "ramen" and variety of ice candies were nice touch.
Great hotel close to a subway station and several small bars and restaurants, quiet riverside area. Above average sized room for Japan. Much less expensive than many others yet it has a free onsen and sauna, free ice cream and free ramen suppers. Mix of tourists and local businessmen. Very comfortable bed. A bargain.
I was arrived in the early morning and the staff helped me to keep my luggage. I back to the hotel at 10pm and the check in was very quick. They also helped me to put my luggage in the room already. This services are professional and the staff are friendly.
I've stayed at this hotel probably 8 times now, and I keep coming back. It's all about the onsen (spa). It's just a great experience, both morning & night. The breakfast is good, too; and so is the option for late night noodles. I hadn't stayed here since the pandemic, and now they have free ice cream! Just a great little spot in Tokyo. Not luxurious, but who cares about that with an onsen right in the hotel!

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Disliked: Room comfort
Excellent service but tiny room
Liked the large spa bath, sauna and services such as soft drinks offered, ice candies, ramen noodles at night. Excellent breakfast, including sushi. A short walk from the nearby train station and a convenient location to Ginza district. The only con was the room was VERY small and did not have any room to spread out personal items.
This hotel is 1 minute walk from the subway entrance. The large public bath (hot spring) was great and the amenities (hair products, soaps, etc.) was perfect. The breakfast was not a large scale, but the quality of food was very nice.
The only issue, which can't not be avoided in any large cities like Tokyo, was that the room (with 2 beds) was very small. If you sleep in the bed further from the entrance, there is no way to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night without stepping on the mattress of your roommate. This won't be an issue if you have a room to yourself.
Overall, we really enjoyed the stay and will do it again with no hesitations.
