Amazing stay , super clean and super nice staff! They were super helpful and the whole place was so nice, the beach lobby was a great touch. I’d recommend anyone to stay here!
This is the nicest hostel I have ever stayed in. Super clean, quiet, fantastic showers and a fabulous shared area. The area around the hostel had a ton of affordable places to eat.
Seriously one of the best places i have ever stayed and im always traveling solo and in hostels. Absolutely beautiful. I wish it was closer to central Tokyo but its perfect otherwise
This room is incredibly comfortable and perfect for a family of four. It’s conveniently located near 7-Eleven, which is a great place to stock up on essentials and other items you might need during your first few days in Japan. As a first-time visitor, it was crucial for us to avoid sensory overload and ease into our trip. Staying here allowed us to relax and unwind in a peaceful, quiet area instead of the bustling downtown district. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a slower pace to start their trip while still having great accommodations. On a side note, the pharmacy and grocery store are both within a two-minute walk, which was very helpful when two of our family members fell ill.
Good staff who were friendly. Showers and bathrooms very clean and useful.
Would say that the check in process is automated - Not TOO clear in regard to the amenities offered and general locations of where things lie within the building. Would’ve liked a little intro/tour to how things work - but great nonetheless!
This hostel is very modern and has all the amenities. Stayed in a room with a private bathroom. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. They did a couple of special things for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Close to train station and shops and restaurants.
Place has a lot of convenient utilities/facilities. Definitely worth looking up ahead of time. They had free umbrella rentals which was convenient as some days of my trip had rain for partial parts of my day.
Room was clean & exactly what we bedded for 4 ppl. We didn't utilize the kitchen. Breakfast was great, but more non-meat/plant-based items are recommended.
Enjoyed this room so much! The size was wonderful for my family of 4, we had a bed for each person ! Bathroom size was much bigger than most Japanese hotel rooms and the kitchen was packed with utensils and tools and fridge, which was awesome! There is a shared lounge with a full kitchen on the 4th floor along with prayer room, games with prizes, and breakfast buffet making this a great affordable option with so many amenities ! We needed an iron and the staff immediately provided it! This place was beautiful and staff was constantly there to help whenever needed. They even assisted us with dressing up in Japanese traditional clothes they had! Highly highly recommend this spot, which is great internally with self check in, close to the train station and lots of food spots at a walkable distance! Would recommend to anybody going to Japan as a foreigner and would come back here too !! Thank you for the lovely stay !!
I know everyones cleanliness is not the same. But i didnt like how the kitchen was messy, the fridges were constantly full. The bathroom would get cleaned but messy so quick cause other people didnt clean up after themselves. I didnt get service for my space/ bed daily. Which i didnt understand when they decided to make the bed or not. That id have to rent towels every other day. Thinking id get a new towel every day after tossing it in the laundry bin. The bed for the dorm was okay but not for long, my back started hurting. Lots of nights the girls in the room were not quiet. I would recommend a few days stay. The palce is nice and feels new. Theres only 1 elevator so it wiuld take a little while sometimes. Walked up snd down the stairs a lot.
Excellent customer service. I forgot my wallet on the first day and they still let me lodge until I was able to get it back. Impressive team! Esp. Says Chan! Went above and beyond to help me when I had lost some items on my way from airport
