Room and bathroom was good size, few minutes walk from Uguisudani station, and very easy automated check in and out. Coin laundry available was very convenient.
I little hard to find at first, but everything else about it was great! Quiet area, lots of vending machines, easy walk to the train station, etc. The check in was one of the easiest I’ve had, and super quick to do, and they have lots of little free items as well. Really enjoyed my stay here!
Breakfast was delicious and the attendants were very nice and helpful.
It was a bonus to have laundry on site, the hotel staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.
Thank you for a great stay. My son and I had a good visit to Japan, and the Hotel Cerezo stay made it that much nicer.
Very welcoming staff. It is a hotel and also a love hotel. Room are a bit old but very nice. Veriy close walking distance to Nippori station. Breakfast affordable and tasty.
Staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was tasty and affordable; it was nice to have a healthy breakfast each morning which also felt like a home cooked meal. Check in and check out was simple and straightforward. Running an eco friendly service is unique but makes sense and it was not an issue to reuse towels. It was nice to come back to the quiet after a day out in the city. Short walk from the station with amenities nearby is always great.
Room is of reasonable size for the rate we booked for. There were 2 gentlemen very courteous in having our request met to leave our bags in the room when we extended a night to a different room despite having some communicate barrier. Will recommend friends to stay. The cleanliness standard is commendable too. 👍
Other than the hotel being a bit dated, I have no complaints. The staff are all friendly and helpful and ensures their guests‘ comfort. Loved the community and surroundings. Train stations and good restos are plentiful. would‘ve explored the rich cultural surroundings more had it not been for the rains, hail and snow during our first days.

Good for a couple of nights to settle into Tokyo - convenient to Nippori Station (10 min walk) for access to/from Narita Airport. In a bit of a weird location down some side streets past a number of love-hotels, and right next to the rail line though. I used earplugs to block the sound of the trains and was fine in that regard. Reasonably close to Ueno park by foot. Was fine for a short stay.
The hotel is nice, clean, with friendly staff. As of October 1st, there is a 600 yen breakfast that has serviceable options. About five minutes from the Uguisudani Station, near Ueno, Yanaka, and Akihabara The only dealbreaker for me is the area it is in, while I didn't mind it being close to other love hotels, conservative guests might find it questionable. But if you want an affordable per night stay (70 canadian), it's great for guests on a budget.
The room was spacious, amazing bathroom. Room seemed o bit vintage but it’s well maintained and very clean. Has a small fridge. Elevator work pretty well. We got all the toiletries. There’s a small laundry that also works great. I would recommend this hotel because rooms are bigger than the newest hotels, and because it’s very close to the public transportation.
Good option near Uguisidani and Nippori. Room a little larger than normal for Tokyo. Staff very helpful. Some nice ukiyoe in the foyer. Bathroom low - hard to get hair wet in the shower, but could always sit down. Good water pressure - temp drifts a bit but is easily adjustable. Small fridge in room. Quiet and good aircon. Could have more outlet plugs.
