Amazing hotel with a lovely park with the garden and ancient pagoda. The views are terrific. Worth mentioning as well is the spa, which is well lit and of fantastic quality
Quiet location with the unique and beautiful historic garden as a wonderful feature.
Too difficult to get to or from public transport without using a taxi (or driving), which gives it some limitations about access to the city.
It is a pricey hotel but worth it.
Great location, great staff, amazing views. The garden was beautiful, the only downfall was that one of the lights wasn’t working. But besides that, everything was amazing. The tub was very spacious. We greatly enjoyed our two last nights in Tokyo there!
Everything you need to enjoy a relaxing stay is here. Pool, spa, onsen, jet pools, the one outside was my favorite. All amenities needed to doll up. Used the room bath once, big tub; mostly spent my time in the spa and gardens for the misting events and night walks. Awesome service and atmosphere. Stayed two nights. Look forward to making staying here next Tokyo trip.
The hotel is a serene oasis that promises a delightful stay. You’ll be pleasantly surprised by its amenities and the convenience of getting around the area on foot, by bus, train, or taxi. The hotel’s tranquil atmosphere and friendly staff create a welcoming environment. Don’t miss the Pagoda garden, where the soothing sound of water and nature offers a sense of peace and tranquility. This hotel is an ideal choice for travelers seeking an exciting adventure, followed by a relaxing retreat in a comfortable room with your own pajamas.
Incredible staff at a beautiful, spacious hotel in a quiet area of Tokyo nestled in a beautiful , serene garden with a wonderful light and smoke show each night.
Beautiful koi fish ponds and a magnificent 3 story pagoda
Our stay at Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo was such a beautiful way to end our trip to Japan! The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive, and the thoughtful details made us feel truly cared for. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and a lovely place to unwind.
The magnificent gardens and beautiful pool made the hotel feel like a peaceful retreat in the middle of Tokyo. After busy days exploring the city, it was wonderful to return to such a relaxing setting. Give yourself time to enjoy the hotel, pool, and gardens—they’re all part of what makes this place so special. We left with beautiful memories and would happily return!
Great property, the garden is gorgeous, one can spend a hours there interacting with nature. They done a great job preserving Japanese culture. Amazing bath amenities. The staff is a bit rigid and could be more welcoming. Location is not ideal but honestly you don’t need to leave the property unless for sightseeing. I would suggest this hotel for a last day or two to relax before flying back home. We tried the spa and it was pretty good.
The gardens were beautiful and serene. The staff at the hotel were friendly and professional and wanted to go the extra mile to make your stay fantastic!
Very nice hotel accommodations during my stay in Tokyo. The staff was awesome, the hotel was extremely clean and there were several restaurant options onsite. One of the things I enjoyed most are the views of the city from my hotel room. I would definitely consider staying there again on my next trip to Tokyo.
The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and big, the food was great. The view of the garden was fantastic! The sea of clouds and fireflies were magical!
What a beautiful experience and stay. This hotel is very family friendly sitting in a beautiful neighborhood. The staff was helpful with ensuring the taxi drivers knew where to take us. Breakfast is in a beautiful restaurant inside the hotel. We had a garden view and it did not disappoint. The hotel grounds are great for a morning walk. We will definitely return and we highly recommend it!
I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and it had a wonderful view of the Tokyo skyline. The garden was beautiful and the staff were very helpful and friendly.
