Hotel was clean. Shops/convenience stores/restaurants/train station were all walkable distances. Staff were absolutely amazing during our stay there. Rooms were cleaned and made everyday. Recommend hotel.

Lovely hotel for city break..

Lovely quiet room, centrally located.. Good for two small adults with two cabin bags.. Had good sleeps as so quiet. Reception was manned, quick and easy… Very good value for city Center.. Restaurants near, main train station 15 min walk.

Good location, nice little microwave in the room. Weird warning about 9000yen fine for lost hotel key card - very strange and no such demand at two other hotels we stayed. The bad = smoking rooms!! Who in 2023 even wants smoking rooms...

Only thing good was the location being easy access to the Tokyo subway or JR rail. Bad thing is the rooms are small. They don't look as nice as the photos. The food/breakfast was tea and a box. Food was okay, the tea was good. We only ate the food once and settle eating out. The room we got was a smoking room but we don't smoke so it smelled not so great. They did offer a scent spray in the room. If you travel with a family, the space is tight. There was no way to lay out one of the luggages without blocking the walk way. Price however was cheaper which is the type of room we got. If I were single and a smoker then it might be okay'ish. They don't offer new slippers. They do give toothbrushes, hair brushes. Bathroom is interesting with shower/bath separate from the toilet. Both of course are tight areas. While there we got to experience the fire alarm at 6:20am. Exit of the building was okay with the stairwell on the side of the building. people didn't know how to unlock the door which was pull plastic off and twist lock. They should put better instructions on it. Fortunately I'm mechanically inclined and figured it out. No fire fortunately.
