Room is clean. As any other hotel in Japan, there is not much move around. It is located near to Tokyo station’s Yaesu South exit, and takes around 10mins walk to the station. Surrounding the area has convenient stores and if you walk 2 blocks, there is a street that has lots of restaurants. Though the room is facing the street, it is relatively quiet at night for light sleeper. There is breakfast available for around ¥1500.

Helpful staff. Clean room. Spacious for Tōkyō. Breakfast is very traditional Japanese, so don’t look for an omelet station. This is for business people. But it’s really conveniently located. Luggage storage is a plus.

Very convenient location to multiple Tokyo metros and Yamanote JR line, excellent problem solving as I lost my usb type C converter and worried about recharging my phone overnight, reception quickly found me an additional adapter which resolved my overnight concern , will book again if coming to Tokyo again in future, nearby has a lot of convenient stores

This hotel is very convenient. Although the room was small, it has everything you need! Plenty of lighting to fit your need for makeup and dressing up mirror and even an air humidifier! really nice bath tube with water pressure to relieve pain from walking! It has all the details a nice hotel should have and its self serve check in is just so simple! Next time I’m in Tokyo, I will select the Keio Presso Inn hotel chain again! Highly recommended for solo traveller!

The staff was fantastic, helpful, ready to do anything that they could to make your stay better. This hotel is VERY quiet even though it has a view of all the trains going to and FRO. There are 100's of wonderful small owner owned restaurants a short walk. The breakfast was also very good with changes every day. GOOD hotel, Priced right, The best service because the staff CARES.
